Refund Policy

We understand that changes can happen during your shopping journey. At DWS-Shops, we offer a flexible and customer-oriented refund policy to protect your interests.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds can be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, unwashed, and include all tags/accessories.
  • Non-refundable items include customized products, intimate wear (e.g., lingerie, swimwear), opened food or cosmetics, etc.

2. Refund Procedure

  1. Submit a refund request in your account with the reason and relevant photos.
  2. Customer service will review within 48 hours and confirm with you.
  3. Once approved, return the item to the provided return address.
  4. After inspection, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Method & Time

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay).
  • Bank processing may take 2-10 additional business days to reflect.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • If due to product defect or incorrect delivery, return shipping is covered by us.
  • If returned due to personal preference or sizing issues, the customer covers shipping costs.

5. Special Notes

  • If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Used or late-reported items will not be eligible for refund.
