- Items must be unused, in original packaging, unwashed, and include all tags/accessories.
- Non-refundable items include customized products, intimate wear (e.g., lingerie, swimwear), opened food or cosmetics, etc.
2. Refund Procedure
- Submit a refund request in your account with the reason and relevant photos.
- Customer service will review within 48 hours and confirm with you.
- Once approved, return the item to the provided return address.
- After inspection, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Method & Time
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay).
- Bank processing may take 2-10 additional business days to reflect.
4. Return Shipping Fees
- If due to product defect or incorrect delivery, return shipping is covered by us.
- If returned due to personal preference or sizing issues, the customer covers shipping costs.
5. Special Notes
- If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Used or late-reported items will not be eligible for refund.
