Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the offer and sale of products on dws
shops.top (the "Website"). All products listed on the Website are sold directly by Interesting
World S.L. (the "Vendor"), a sole-shareholder company registered in Spain with the following
details:

1. Our Business Policy
1.1 The Vendor offers products for sale on dws-shops.top, and its e-commerce services are
available exclusively to end users, i.e., "customers". We reserve the right to accept orders only
from individuals aged 18 or older.
1.2 “Customer” refers to any individual acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or
profession. If you do not qualify as a "customer", please do not purchase products on dws
shops.top.
1.3 The Vendor reserves the right to reject orders placed by users who do not meet the definition
of a "customer".
1.4 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission, and
acceptance of purchase orders for products on dws-shops.top between the users of the website
and the Vendor.
1.5 These Terms and Conditions do not apply to services or product sales provided by third
parties that may appear on dws-shops.top through links, banners, or other hypertext connections.
Before placing orders with third parties, we recommend reviewing their own terms and
conditions. The Vendor is not responsible for third-party services or for e-commerce transactions
conducted between users of dws-shops.top and third parties.
2. How to place an order and our contract with you
2.1 To place an order for one or more products on dws-shops.top, you must add the desired items
to your shopping bag, provide your billing and shipping information, select a delivery method,
and choose a payment option to complete the purchase.
2.2 In accordance with article 60, section 2, and article 97, section 1 of the Spanish Royal
Legislative Decree 1/2007, from November 16th, approving the consolidated text of the General
Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (the "Spanish Consumer Code"), before
proceeding to purchase your products, we will provide you with a summary of our commercial
and contractual conditions of sale, a summary of the main characteristics of each product ordered
and its unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment you may use to purchase each product, shipping methods for the purchased products, shipping and delivery
costs, the Vendor's information, address and how to contact the Vendor, and the delivery date of
the products, among others. The Vendor will also provide you with a summary of the terms and
conditions for returning purchased products. If relevant to the purchase, you will also be
informed of whether you will have to bear the cost of returning the products. You will be
reminded of the legal guarantee of product conformity, and we will provide you with information
for contacting our Customer Care service. In the event that this service cannot solve your petition
or request, we will inform you about the alternative dispute resolution services available to you
as set forth in the Spanish Consumer Code, as well as the option of using the European
Commission's platform for alternative out-of-court resolution of disputes, available on the
website http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
2.3 On the order confirmation page — which appears just before completing your order and
includes references to the Terms and Conditions and the Return Policy — you’ll see a summary
of the products selected, their prices (including all applicable taxes, duties, and fees), as well as
shipping costs (including any additional charges for faster or non-standard delivery options).
2.4 When proceeding to checkout, you’ll be required to pay the total price shown. Before
finalising the order, you’ll have the opportunity to review and correct any input errors.
2.5 Your order will be stored in our database for the time necessary to process it and in
accordance with legal requirements. You can view your order details at any time under the
“View All Orders” section of your account.
2.6 English is the language used to finalise the contract between you and the Vendor.
2.7 Once your order is placed, the Vendor will begin processing it and send you an automatic
confirmation of receipt. Please note this acknowledgment does not yet constitute acceptance of
your order or form a contract. A contract will only be established when the Vendor sends you an
email confirming that your order has been dispatched. This confirmation email serves as your
electronic receipt and will include the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, a summary of the
Return Policy, and key information about your order.
2.8 If the Vendor is unable to accept your order for any reason — including reasons outlined in
section 2.9 or due to an item being out of stock — you will be informed accordingly.
2.9 The Vendor reserves the right to cancel your order even after it has been accepted, under the
following circumstances: if there is an obvious and unmistakable error in the product’s price or
description; if there is suspicion of illegal or fraudulent activity; if the Vendor chooses to limit
the quantity of a product shipped to a single customer or address; or if you have not complied
with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In such cases, the Vendor will notify you as
soon as possible and may require the return of any products already delivered.
2.10 By placing an order, you unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as
part of your contract with the Vendor. If you do not agree with any part of the General Terms
and Conditions of Sale, please do not proceed with your purchase on dws-shops.top.
2.11 By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as
any additional policies available on dws-shops.top, including those linked to from the website —
such as the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
3. Guarantees and product price indication
3.1 The dws-shops.top website offers only high-quality products. These items are sourced by the
Vendor from manufacturers and authorized dealers carefully selected through strict quality
control procedures.
3.2 The Vendor does not sell second-hand, defective, or substandard products that fall below
prevailing market standards.
3.3 Key product features are displayed on each individual product page on dws-shops.top. Please
note that product images and colours may appear slightly different from the actual item due to
variations in your internet browser or monitor settings.
3.4 Product prices may occasionally change due to currency fluctuations, markdowns, or other
commercial considerations.
3.5 Please review the final price before confirming your order. If there is an evident error in the
listed price or payment amount — as indicated by the Vendor — the order will be declined, and
you will be contacted with the option to purchase the product(s) at the correct price.
3.6 The Vendor does not accept orders from countries not listed on the splash page.
3.7 All products are delivered with original tags attached (where applicable).
3.8 Without prejudice to applicable consumer protection laws, all products sold by the Vendor
are covered by a legal warranty. You must notify the Vendor of any lack of conformity within
two (2) months of detecting the issue. Please contact Customer Care for assistance. In the event
of a non-conforming product, you may request a repair or replacement. If these remedies are
unavailable or disproportionate, you may request a price reduction or cancellation of the
contract.
3.9 Prices are displayed in compliance with rules on price reduction announcements under EU
Directive 2019/2161. Any price reduction will reflect the lowest price applied by the Vendor
within the 30 days preceding the discount, as required by the applicable rules.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment for products, including shipping and delivery costs, must be made using one of the
methods listed on the payment page. You will never be charged more than the actual cost
incurred by the Vendor for processing your chosen payment method. Payments can be made by
card or other options clearly displayed on the Site from time to time.
4.2 When paying by credit or debit card, your card details (such as card number and expiration
date) are transmitted securely via encrypted protocol to the financial institutions that handle
payment processing for the Vendor. These details are not accessible to third parties and will only
be used by the Vendor to complete your purchase, issue refunds in case of returns, or report
fraudulent transactions to the relevant authorities. Your account will be charged for the order
total, including shipping, at the time your order is dispatched.
4.3 Depending on your location and currency, your bank may apply an international transaction
fee. dws-shops.top is not responsible for any such charges.4.4 Gift Cards are no longer available for purchase. If you need help redeeming an existing Gift
Card, please contact Customer Care.
5. Promotional codes
5.1 Promotional codes allow you to receive a discount on your purchase at dws-shops.top.
5.2 If you return an item purchased using a promotional code, please follow the standard return
procedure. Once your return is approved, the promotional code may be reused, provided it has
not expired. Any price difference covered by the code will be refunded in accordance with our
standard refund timeline.
6. Clearance sales
6.1 Clearance sales are available to all registered customers.
6.2 You must have an account and be logged in to take part in Clearance sales.
6.3 All clearance items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and must be purchased before
the designated clearance timer ends.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution
11.1 Without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights derived from EU law, these
General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law. Specifically, they are
subject to the Spanish Consumer Code (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16,
approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) and the Spanish E-commerce Law (Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information
Society and Electronic Commerce).
11.2 Please note that the European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution,
which is accessible at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
12. Amendments and updates
12.1 These Terms and Conditions (including the Return Policy) may be updated or modified
from time to time. Any such changes will take effect from the date they are published on dws
shops.top and will apply to all orders placed after that date.
