Return product:
After approval, you will receive a return label and return address.
Please use the original packaging or shock-absorbing materials to properly package the goods and avoid transportation damage.
It is recommended to use traceable logistics to return the goods and keep the logistics voucher.
Refund processing:
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will complete the refund within 5-7 working days.
The refund will be returned to your payment account via the original payment method, and the specific time of receipt depends on the bank or payment platform.
